Probate Lawyer’s Maze of Lies

labarynth_Courts

Probate attorney, lied to us about “it is just a matter of educating these folks (the “professional” Guardian ad Litem, Conservator), bring things to an end in Probate court” and “all the criminal charges will all go away”. He admitted the laws are out-dated, and like a labyrinth. “So I just have to educate them (the Conservator) . . . . . . Families do this all the time (and only occasionally do the courts interfere, but once they do, look out! . . . . . . . the legislature is rather Draconian. “

He also did not inform us how to “Motion to Object” to obscene fees of $16,000 times 2, charged by other “players” in this deadly game. He even lied on the bill he submitted to the court “from Trust” and he knew it was from my drained pocket. Really not worth a penny and in fact tied my hands from defending myself, so as to please his fellow lawyers and mutually line their pocket in an increasingly self-evidentually corrupt Probate Court System.

Lawyers lied, as a group, about long-term care insurance coverage . . . . or did not know how to work with (a rather difficult) long-term care insurance company Bankers Life

Lawyer supposedly on Family’s side. In his own lying words. (Recording of session with M.F.)

The Hundred-Dollar Bill.
Santa Claus, the tooth fairy, an honest lawyer, and an old drunk were walking along when they simultaneously spotted a hundred-dollar bill laying in the street. Who gets it?
The old drunk, of course, the other three are mythological creatures. Colorado State Legislature (Judge for Yourself)
